First time booking with us? We recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. It is built to reset the whole home and bring it up to the Bright Space standard. Once your home has been deep cleaned, our Standard Cleaning keeps it there on whatever rhythm suits you — weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or monthly.

A standard visit maintains a home that has already been brought up to standard. It is surface work done thoroughly and repeatedly — not the build-up that collects behind and underneath things over months.
That is why we ask every new client to start with a deep clean. It resets the home once, and the standard visits keep it there. It costs less over a year than asking a standard visit to do a job it was never scoped for.

We recommend a deep clean first. A standard visit is scoped to hold a home at a standard, not to reach months of build-up behind and underneath things — so on a first visit it runs out of time before it runs out of work. Deep first, standard after, is both the better result and the cheaper one over a year.
Once the home has been deep cleaned, most households settle on every two weeks. Weekly suits larger homes, homes with pets or families with young children; every three weeks or monthly works for smaller places and people who tidy as they go.
No. Most clients set up access once and come home to a finished house. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too — just tell us when you book.
Yes, and the price includes them. If you would rather we used something you keep at home, leave it out and mention it when you book.
Yes. Tell us before the visit and the total is adjusted before the team sets off — never after the work is done.
