A crew from your area arrives in the agreed window with every machine, cloth and product. You get a written note of what was done.

No. This form is a request, not a payment. Nothing is charged and nothing is locked in until we have confirmed the date and the price with you.
The same working day during office hours, Mon–Sat · 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If you send it late in the evening or on a Sunday, it is first thing the next working day.
Often, but not always — which is why we confirm before booking rather than after. If your first choice is gone we will offer you the nearest slots we actually have.
No. Every machine, cloth and product comes with the crew. If you would rather we used your own products, say so in the notes.
Move or cancel free up to 24 hours before the visit. Just call the office or reply to the confirmation.
We cover sixteen areas across Los Angeles and the Valley. If yours is not in the list, choose “somewhere else” and we will check and tell you straight.
Commercial work is priced after a walk-through. Use the quote request and we will come back with a written scope and a flat monthly figure.
