Bank & Branch Cleaning.
Public lobbies, teller lines, ATM surrounds and staff areas — presentable through opening hours and fully reset overnight.
Public Side and Secure Side.
Branches split cleanly into areas the public sees and areas they never do. The scope treats them separately, including who can access what.
Public areas
- Entrance glass, mats and doors
- Lobby seating and queue rails
- Teller line counters and screens
- ATM surrounds and keypads
- Brochure stands and displays
- Floors through traffic routes
Staff and secure areas
- Desks and back-office surfaces
- Staff kitchen and break room
- Staff restrooms
- Meeting and interview rooms
- Corridors and stairwells
- Waste and recycling consolidation
A Branch Is a Trust Signal.
Vetted access
Background-checked staff only, on a named access list, with any change notified before it happens.
High-touch surfaces
Keypads, counters, pens and door furniture get touched hundreds of times a day and are scoped accordingly.
Reset overnight
Whatever the day does to the lobby, the branch opens looking like the first customer is the important one.
From Walk-Through to Fixed Rate.
1
Walk-through
We visit the site, measure the work and write down what “clean” means here — room by room, at what frequency.
2
Scope and flat rate
You get the scope document and one monthly figure against it. Nothing enters the schedule that is not on that page.
3
Cleaned and reported
The same crew works your site outside your operating hours, photographs the finish and reports to one named contact.
Your Rules, Not Ours.
Branch cleaning happens inside somebody else’s security procedure. We work to your access rules — named staff, escorted where required, sign-in and sign-out as your policy dictates.
Every cleaner is background-checked before they are put on a site, and the access list is kept short and current. If a crew member changes, you hear about it before they arrive rather than afterwards.
Available on request
