First time booking with us? We recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. It is built to reset the whole home and bring it up to the Bright Space standard. Once your home has been deep cleaned, our Standard Cleaning keeps it there on whatever rhythm suits you — weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or monthly.

It Takes Longer. On Purpose.
A deep clean is not a standard visit with more effort — it is a different scope. Grout, hard-water buildup and baked-on grease are slow work, and a team that is rushing them is not doing them.
Expect a deep clean to take noticeably longer than a standard visit of the same property, and expect the price to reflect that. It is a once-or-twice-a-year job, not a weekly one.

A standard clean maintains surfaces. A deep clean goes after what has built up behind them — grout, hard-water buildup, range hood grease, baseboards, door frames and the space under furniture.
Longer than a standard visit, and it varies with the size and condition of the property. We give you the time estimate along with the flat price before you book.
Once or twice a year is typical if you are on a standard schedule in between. Without a regular schedule, once or twice a year is doing more of the work.
Not always, but usually. If the property is already well kept, standard visits can start straight away — tell us the condition and we will say honestly which you need.
