A move-out clean is a different job from a regular visit, and it is not just a longer one. With the furniture gone, everything that was hidden for the length of the tenancy is suddenly in plain view — the wall behind the sofa, the floor under the bed, the inside of every cabinet nobody emptied until moving week.
So the scope changes. We work inside things rather than around them: cabinet and drawer interiors, the oven and refrigerator, closet shelving, baseboards and door frames all the way round. Plan on a longer visit than you are used to — an empty two-bedroom is usually most of a working day rather than a couple of hours.
A Record of How You Left It.
Move-out cleans get argued about more than any other kind, usually weeks later and usually without evidence. So we leave you with some.
An itemized invoice
Not a single line reading "cleaning". You get the scope broken out by area, with the date and the address on it, so it can be forwarded to a landlord or an agent as it stands.
A photo record of the finish
We photograph the property once the work is done — every room, plus the insides of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets. They are sent to you, and they are dated.
A return visit if something is missed
If anything in our scope was genuinely missed, tell us and we come back and put it right. That is our error to fix, not yours to argue about.
We clean and we document. We do not act as your representative in a deposit dispute and nothing here is legal advice — but the invoice and the photographs are usually what the conversation turns on.

Before you unpack
Somebody else lived here. Everything gets cleaned before a single box of yours comes through the door.
Before listing photos
Empty rooms photograph badly when they are dusty. We time the visit to the morning of the shoot.

Ask when you book and it goes into the total before the crew sets off — never added at the door.
Book It After the Movers, Not Before.
The clean should be the last thing that happens in the property. If we come before the truck, everything we finish gets undone by boots, boxes and furniture dragged across the floor on the way out.

- Tell us the handover or walkthrough time when you book
- Utilities still on: we need water, power and light
- Keys by lockbox, code or handover, whatever suits
- End of month fills first — book as soon as you have a date

Move-Out Cleaning — Quick Answers
After. The clean is the last thing that happens in the property — if we go in first, the move undoes it. Same day is fine, and it is what most people book.
It works best empty, and the scope assumes it. If things are still in place we will clean what we can reach and tell you plainly what we could not, rather than leave you to discover it at the walkthrough.
Yes. Every room, plus the insides of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets. The photos are dated and they are sent to you along with an itemized invoice.
That is exactly what the scope is built around. Cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, hard-water marks, baseboards and door frames are the things that get marked down, and they are all on the list.
Longer than a regular visit. An empty two-bedroom is usually most of a working day. We give you the time along with the price before anything is booked.
Vacuuming is included. Machine carpet cleaning is a separate service quoted on top — ask when you book and we will fold it into the total.
Small amounts of trash, yes. Anything larger is a removal job rather than a cleaning one, so we quote it separately instead of surprising you with it.
