Medical Office Cleaning.
Waiting rooms, treatment rooms and restrooms cleaned with a high-touch focus and a documented sanitizing routine your practice manager can point to.
Written Down, Because It Has To Be.
In a clinical setting the scope is not a nicety. It is the document that says what was done, where, and how often.

Practices That Get Inspected.
GP and specialist practices
Consulting and treatment rooms turned around between sessions or overnight, to a named routine.
Dental and cosmetic clinics
High-touch surfaces and front of house held to the standard patients expect from the treatment itself.
Therapy and allied health
Smaller rooms, high turnover, and a schedule that fits between appointments rather than across them.
From Walk-Through to Fixed Rate.
1
Walk-through
We visit the site, measure the work and write down what “clean” means here — room by room, at what frequency.
2
Scope and flat rate
You get the scope document and one monthly figure against it. Nothing enters the schedule that is not on that page.
3
Cleaned and reported
The same crew works your site outside your operating hours, photographs the finish and reports to one named contact.
We Are Cleaners, Not Clinical Staff.
We clean the environment: surfaces, floors, restrooms, waiting areas and high-touch points, using products chosen for the setting. Every visit is recorded so you have a trail.
We do not handle clinical waste, sterilise instruments, or enter areas that require clinical training. Where those boundaries sit is written into your scope before we start, so nobody is guessing on the night.
