Corporate Office Cleaning.
Multi-floor sites with reception, boardrooms, breakout space and restrooms — one crew, one scope document, one invoice, one person to call.
Across Every Floor.
Larger sites need the scope written per zone, because a boardroom and a basement post room are not the same job.

Sites With More Than One Moving Part.
Multiple floors
Different zones, different frequencies, one document that says which is which.
Facilities teams
The scope, the insurance certificates and the visit records your team needs for its own reporting.
Multi-site companies
One scope per building, one contact across all of them, one invoice at the end of the month.
From Walk-Through to Fixed Rate.
1
Walk-through
We visit the site, measure the work and write down what “clean” means here — room by room, at what frequency.
2
Scope and flat rate
You get the scope document and one monthly figure against it. Nothing enters the schedule that is not on that page.
3
Cleaned and reported
The same crew works your site outside your operating hours, photographs the finish and reports to one named contact.
You Should Not Have to Chase Us.
Large sites fail quietly. A restroom gets missed on a Tuesday, nobody says anything, and three months later the standard has drifted without a single complaint being logged.
Every visit is photographed and checked against the scope, and you have a named contact rather than a ticket queue. When something changes on your side — a floor taken on, a floor given up — one call moves it.
Available on request
- Certificates of insurance
- Day porter cover
- Periodic carpet and floor programs
- Restroom consumables supply
- Out-of-hours reactive call-outs
Frequently Asked

Yes — the scope, insurance certificates and visit records are all available on request for your own reporting.
It can be added to the scope. Tell us the hours you need covered and it is quoted into the monthly figure.
Tell your named contact. Anything missed is put right at our cost, and if it recurs we change the crew rather than ask you to keep reporting it.
