Mid-century and modern glass houses
Floor-to-ceiling glass is the first thing anyone notices and the first thing that shows. We do interior glass on every visit and set a rotation for the harder panes rather than pretending they never need it.
Multi-level canyon homes
Three and four levels, narrow stair runs and no lift. We bring a light kit up and stage it per floor so we are not dragging a vacuum up and down all afternoon.
Decks, rails and outdoor living
Canyon dust settles fast on rails, glass balustrades and outdoor kitchens. We include the deck edges in the standard visit so the inside–outside line actually looks clean.
Getting In and Getting On With It.
Canyon roads are narrow and parking is often one car deep. Tell us where to pull in and whether there is a turnaround. If the driveway is steep we park at the top and carry down — it is faster than blocking a lane.

Hollywood Hills — Quick Answers
Yes. Interior glass is part of the standard visit here. Exterior and hard-to-reach panes we quote separately once we have seen them.
No surcharge for the hill itself. If the house is genuinely large or the stair count means a longer visit, that shows up in the time estimate, which we agree with you before we start.
We work Monday to Saturday. Saturday fills quickly in the canyons, so book ahead if that is the day you need.
